- The entry should demonstrate strong statement value through design scale, material use, craftsmanship, innovation, styling impact or functionality.
- Non-conventional jewellery-led accessories such as clutches, potlis, bridal boxes, keepsake boxes, jewelled handbags, vanity cases or presentation boxes may be accepted.
- The design should include meaningful jewellery craft or fine material detailing such as gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, polki, kundan, jadau, meenakari, filigree, engraving, enamel, electroforming, lightweighting technology or similar high-craft elements.
- If the entry is a functional object such as a clutch or box, it should demonstrate usability and should not be purely decorative.
- Applicants should provide images showing the full object and close-up details of craftsmanship, material application and finish.

- Stones, enamel, oxidized finishes and embellishments may be accepted where silver remains the primary material and visual focus.

- There shall be no mandatory limitation on number of pieces submitted.
- Applicants should submit representative pieces, images or collection material sufficient to demonstrate the concept and design language.
- The entry may include jewellery pieces, coordinated sets, gifting-led jewellery, occasion-led jewellery, campaign-led jewellery or limited-edition pieces.
- The concept note should clearly explain the occasion, target consumer, emotional/cultural insight, product idea and how the collection was promoted or presented.
